Nebbeling Osteopathic Health, PLLC utilizes a third-party medical billing company, Veradigm, to process insurance claims and patient statements.

You may receive billing statements or correspondence directly from Veradigm.

Please note that laboratory services may be billed separately by the laboratory performing the testing, and you may receive a separate statement directly from that facility.

Insurance & Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for understanding their individual insurance benefits, including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, referral requirements, prior authorizations, and non-covered services.

We encourage patients to contact their insurance carrier prior to appointments, procedures, or laboratory testing if they have questions regarding coverage. Insurance verification by our office is provided as a courtesy and does not guarantee payment.

Diagnosis and procedure codes are submitted based on the medical assessment and documentation from your visit. Claims are filed accurately and in accordance with clinical findings and insurance guidelines.

Any balance identified by your insurance carrier as patient responsibility remains the patient’s responsibility.
